With a big passion for surfing and a love for creating unforgettable and unique experiences, Eline built 360 from the ground up - pouring her heart and soul into every detail. Her never-ending smile and caring nature makes everyone feel at home, and she's always ready help out or share a laugh. She'll make sure your experience is filled with warmth, joy and a little bit of magic!
PINA
Pina is the beautiful face that greets you at 360 Surf Lodge. From check-ins to making sure every detail of your stay is perfect: she’s always there, ensuring your holiday is everything you dreamed of. Pina loves connecting with guests, sharing stories, and offering a glimpse into her rich culture. With Pina taking care of you, your time at 360 will be full of cherished memories.
ISNA
Isna is the sweet and caring soul behind the messages you receive from 360. Whether you're reaching out via WhatsApp, email, or a booking platform - Isna is the one answering your questions, managing your bookings, and making sure your experience with 360 is perfectly organized. She always goes the extra mile to ensure everything is just right for you!
NIKO
Niko is a passionate surfer who loves to spend hours in the water, always eager to challenge himself with new tricks. He is dedicated to helping you improve your skills, bringing patience and enthusiasm to every lesson. Niko is a real surf addict who shares his love for surfing everywhere he goes!
PETIR
Petir is a talented surfer and kitesurfer who loves pretty much every surf spot in Lombok. He is always eager to improve his own skills and learning new tricks. With his patient teaching style and constant good vibes, Petir ensures every session is filled with fun and laughter!

Serum is the heart of our garden, always tending to the plants with care and a smile that never seems to fade. Gentle, dedicated, and full of positivity, he brings a peaceful energy to the place. His kindness and constant enthusiasm make every day around the garden a little brighter.
SUSI
Susi brings warmth and friendliness to both housekeeping and reception. With her bright smile and love for chatting with guests, she makes everyone feel welcome. She takes great care in keeping everything tidy and adds a cheerful touch wherever she goes.
MILA
Mila greets you with a warm, beautiful smile at 360 Surf Lodge. She’s here to make your breakfast, tidy your room, and nurture the garden, which is her favorite spot at 360 Surf Lodge. As she continues learning English, she’d love it if you taught her a word or two!
UMI
Umi loves cooking and whipping up tasty breakfasts for you at 360 Surf Lodge. Our kitchen is the place where she truly shines! In addition she keeps your room spotless and is always eager to help out in any way. With Umi a comfortable stay is guaranteed!
AMAK UCUNG
Amak Ucung is our night security guard at 360 Surf Lodge. Don’t be surprised if you spot him with a flashlight after dark! Though a man of few words, he has a golden heart and watches over 360 with love. You’ll often find him at the reception, his spot at the lodge.
GANA
Gana is our other easy-going security guard at night. He's always ready for a joke and can even be your personal gojek. Want to have a bonfire? He happily lits one for you! His favourite activity at 360 Surf Lodge is practicing on the balance board in the living room.
YANA
Yana does all the ding repair at 360 Surf Lodge! If your board has been through some rough waves, Yana is your guy: he can fix just about anything. You’ll often find him tucked away in his cozy little hut, working wonders with dings and cracks!
